We are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to join our team to lead the development of core Foundational Models that enable the development of thousands of internal and external Generative AI Applications.
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial product manager who is passionate about bringing the power of Generative AI to Amazon businesses and our customers. We are looking for a customer obsessed product manager who enjoys discovering the customer requirements, innovating on their behalf, and developing experiences the raise the bar for AGI Foundation Models. 

You will be the voice of the customer and responsible for driving a product roadmap that enables Amazon to build the most powerful Foundation Models. You will have the responsibility of inventing on behalf of our customers and advocating for their needs throughout design, build, and launch. This position has a high level of visibility, so you will need to be able to communicate clearly and compellingly at all levels of the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring business impact by diving deep into metrics and customer inputs. You should have a positive attitude and strong work ethic; you will work fast and smart, and adapt and iterate quickly.Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
