  • Accurately update and categorize bank transactions on a daily basis to ensure precise financial records.
  • Regularly reconcile bank statements to maintain the integrity of financial documentation throughout the fiscal year.
  • Support financial reporting and analysis efforts, aiding in strategic decision-making processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable role: We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Proficient in accounting software: Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Zoho Books, is a plus. However, we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles: You should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, including GA Tax Law.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills: As a Bookkeeper, you will need to be meticulous and organized in your work.
