Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as remote Customer Service Agents. As a Customer Service Agent, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent service, answer inquiries about product details, pricing, and availability, collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and perform accurate data entry across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Pass a skill assessment and background check
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills
  • Access to a computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
  • Headset or headphones with a microphone attachment
