Alan is creating a revolutionary occupational health software to transform workplace health services for companies and employees across France.

Our vision: We're modernising and enhancing the occupational health experience by offering a seamless and personalised journey for members, doctors, and companies through pre-visit preparation, teleconsultations or in-person visits, and follow-up care.

You’ll work side by side with experienced team members (Arnaud, Mickael, Constance, Clémence, and more) to build Alan's Occupational offer from 0 to 1, helping us craft the foundations of a product we expect to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work.

We seek engineers to help us scale our engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech and internal organisation).

You have the opportunity to make a significant impact:

• You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders.

• You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products.

• You’ll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access (more details in this article).

• Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences.

• Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies.

• Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time.

• Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.

• Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority).

• Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
