Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles, including labourers, customer service assistants, and general site workers.
• Make high volumes of outbound calls to engage with jobseekers and assess suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available temporary workers.
• Support recruitment consultants with candidate placements and general admin.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Coordinate interviews, start dates, and general candidate communications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Personality is key – confident, friendly, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to pick up the phone and speak with candidates regularly.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Equipment required: A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC.

Nice to have:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or customer service role.
• Exposure to international recruitment or working with UK clients.
• Familiarity with the construction or temporary staffing industry.
