We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team in a client-dedicated role, supporting a high-impact portfolio of IT initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at keeping projects on track, and enjoys being the central hub of communication and coordination.

The Project Manager will support a high-priority client engagement within our IT department. This non-technical role is focused on project coordination, documentation, and communication across a portfolio of ongoing and upcoming IT initiatives. The Project Manager will serve as a dedicated resource for the client, ensuring continuity, consistency, and visibility throughout project execution. Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, facilitating stakeholder communication, and promoting accountability across cross-functional teams. This role does not involve direct resource management or technical implementation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of IT projects—focusing on organization, documentation, and communication rather than hands-on technical work. Requirements

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support the execution of IT projects
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, work breakdown structures (WBS), and schedules
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines
  • Facilitate regular communication and reporting to project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Support meeting coordination, risk tracking, and issue resolution
  • Promote accountability and consistency across project execution

Job Qualification Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to attend virtual or in-person meetings as needed
  • Occasional lifting of lightweight materials (e.g., laptops, documents)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

Job Location

  • Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM;
  • Client site location in Boston, MA - Remote candidates will be considered

Duration

  • Six-month term with potential for full-time hire
