The DCX Client Services Home-Based Property Accountant is a dynamic and detail-oriented accounting role thatis responsible forsupporting day-to-day accounting operations. You will apply your professional expertise while resolving a variety of accounting mattersand you will playa crucial role in managing and supporting our partner's financial operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) efficiently.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use.

• Handle investor reporting, providing detailed and clear financial information.

• Utilize AppFolio for various property accounting tasks and data management.

• Work collaboratively with the in-house CPA team to ensure high-quality accounting services.

• Report to staff, managers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.

• Assist in other property accounting duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

• Experience:Proven experience as a Property Accountant.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Technical Skills:Proficiency with using AppFolio is strongly recommended.

• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:

• Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: Php 35,000- Php 40,000

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
