Digital Leads Specialist

We are seeking experienced Digital Leads to take ownership of strategic and executional duties across SEO, Paid Media, and Social Media channels. This role involves hands-on campaign management, cross-functional leadership, and contribution to high-level pitches and digital initiatives for clients in the Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and IT sectors.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

SEO Lead

  • Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and website audits.
  • Implement SEO best practices in collaboration with content and dev teams.
  • Monitor rankings and traffic using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and apply insights to improve performance.

Social Media Lead

  • Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Oversee campaign planning, A/B testing, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Align social strategies with brand goals and audience insights.
  • Mentor team members, manage onboarding, and ensure client-ready execution.
  • Represent the social media team in pitches and external meetings.

Paid Ads / Media Buying Lead

  • Create and manage campaigns across Google Ads, SEM, Display, Programmatic, and DV360.
  • Perform keyword targeting, ad copy creation, bid management, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, and other KPIs.
  • Develop and execute video and display ad campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO, Paid Ads, or Social Media (at least 3-5 years in a lead role).
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and manage digital teams.
  • Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry innovations.
