Finance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Accounting Manager located in Jakarta with occasional travel manufacturing site in Malang. The Finance Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage financial reporting, and participate in budgeting processes. The role involves developing strategies for the finance department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leveraging analytical skills to support decision-making processes.

• Experience in preparing and analysing Financial Statements
• Strong Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Budgeting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft and SAP
• Experience in the fermentation or food industry is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

About The Role

As a finance manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of the company's payables and cash flow operations. Leveraging your strong accounting acumen and problem-solving skills, you will oversee the accurate and efficient processing of vendor invoices, while also managing the company's treasury functions, including cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers. Beyond day-to-day transactional duties, you will collaborate cross-functionally, contributing to financial reporting, budgeting, and internal audit processes.
