Será responsável por pesquisar, aplicar e modificar soluções para atender às necessidades do negócio, entregando resultados. A candidata deve usar a estatística e programação em Python como ferramentas para o desenvolvimento de soluções analíticas antifraude, realizar análises em portfólios identificando oportunidades de atuação e melhorias, montar apresentações de resultados e discuti-los com clientes internos ou externos. Irá compor um time bastante diverso e que interage bastante e espera-se que consiga trabalhar muito bem em equipe.

Experiência em:

  • Utilização de Estatística e Modelagem preditiva
  • Avaliação de resultados e simulação de cenários em portfolios, fazendo recomendações
  • Utilização de Analytics para resolução rápida de problemas
  • Elaboração de apresentações
  • Experiência com Machine Learning / Python
  • Manipulação, processamento, análise e interpretação de dados.
  • Utilização de dados entre diferentes ambientes
  • Conhecimento de Estruturas de bases de dados

Habilidades:

  • Pensamento analítico, conhecer as técnicas de Machine Learning e ferramentas estatísticas existentes (amostragem, regressão logística) e conseguir absorver novas técnicas
  • Capacidade de Planejamento e priorização de tarefas próprias
  • Simplificar e compartilhar técnicas e resultados com o time e clientes (Como fazer)
  • Facilidade de aprender e pesquisar sobre diversos assuntos
  • Tomar decisões com análise crítica
  • Construir conexões positivas, criar alianças e trabalhar colaborativamente com outras áreas e pares do time
  • Bom humor e equilíbrio emocional
