The Marketing Analyst will play a key part in transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights and clear narratives that drive revenue and inform high-level business decisions. By joining the team, you will help ensure data infrastructure is robust, reporting is insightful, and cross-functional teams are empowered to act on the right information at the right time.

The Impact you’ll make

Analytics Dashboard Management
  • Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools.
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to business objectives.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or tracking issues.
Insight Generation & Reporting
  • Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and diagnose KPI shifts across channels.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports that provide strategic recommendations—not just raw data.
  • Create compelling data narratives to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders.
Cross-Team Coordination
  • Collaborate with SEO, paid ads, and development teams to translate data findings into operational actions.
  • Facilitate communication and task tracking for analytics-related projects.
  • Ensure alignment and clarity on data-driven priorities.
Tracking Infrastructure Support
  • Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of GTM and conversion tracking systems.
  • Ensure analytics infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets evolving business needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets in a marketing analytics context.
  • Proven record of preparing insightful marketing reports and dashboards (not just data entry).
  • Experience coordinating projects or workflows across multiple teams (e.g., SEO, paid ads, developers).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Prior work in a fast-paced, agency, or digital marketing environment.
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...Work Setup:
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
  • Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
  • 40 hours per week
Compensation:
  • $7 per hour
  • No benefits package included
