Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (Manual)
PeopleGrove is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support an agile product development team. The role involves testing, iterating on feature releases, and ensuring high-quality product experiences. Requirements
- Testing new features and providing feedback to the product/engineering team.
- Writing and maintaining efficient, thorough test cases.
- Coordinating and managing feature releases with product/engineering.
- Regression and stability testing on the live environment.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Track, log, and verify defects in bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Contribute to test documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- Actively participate in regular knowledge transfer sessions.
- Hands-on experience on Mixpanel to validate user behavior tracking
- Hands-on experience in API manual testing.
- Exposure to AI-driven QA tools (Testim, Applitools Eyes, Katalon, KaneAI, QASE, ChatGPT/Rovo)
- Ability to use AI for test case optimization, defect prediction, and self-healing automation scripts.
