Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and staff support services to our Claims Coordination team
  • Performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in the insurance or claims coordination industry
  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
