Responsibilities

As a Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining Accurate HR Records: Diligently update and maintain accurate records in our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, covering areas such as HR, benefits, payroll, timestamps, and absences.
  • Ensuring Data Integrity: Conduct thorough audits to ensure the integrity of our HR data, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Processing Benefits Enrollment: Efficiently process employee and partner benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy in program details, dependent information, and coverage elections.
  • Addressing Employee Queries: Address employee queries with clarity and efficiency, maintaining a library of response templates and ensuring proper documentation of all interactions.
  • Compliance and Collaboration: Work in compliance with all relevant policies, as well as federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits and data privacy. Collaborate effectively with various teams, including HR Operations and the Benefits department, to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At Least 4 Years of Experience: With complex HR and/or benefits data entry, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: A strategic approach to achieving results, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Prior Experience with PeopleSoft: Highly regarded, but not required.
  • Solid Understanding of HR Practices: Especially benefits-related concepts, with a strong foundation in HR principles and procedures.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, partners, and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

Additional Information

* Temporary Contract Role: This position is a temporary contract role, with a flexible start date and duration.

  • Normal Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Dress Code: Business casual, with a focus on comfort and professionalism.
