Territory Sales Manager, CCE
John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Construction & Forestry field to serve as the primary business lead for dealers, driving sales of compact construction equipment and attachments. This role requires managing sales processes, training dealers, and ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and customer segments. The position is remote with occasional in-person visits and training.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Construction or off-road equipment with sales and marketing experience
- Experience working with large dealer networks
- Demonstrated field experience managing a large profitable territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
