Cloudbeds is seeking a superstar IT Administrator to support and implement solutions for their team and company leadership. As a remote-first company transforming the hospitality industry, they offer a unique opportunity to work alongside global innovators and build AI-powered solutions. The IT Administrator will provide remote support, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage Workday integrations and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in IT administration across Windows and macOS environments
  • Direct experience with Workday integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIB, or Studio)
  • Proven ability to generate custom reports and dashboards utilizing calculated fields in Workday for operational or compliance needs
  • Experience managing identity providers like Okta and SAML-based SSO for Workday
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Fluent in English
