We are looking for a highly motivated professional to become a valuable member of our team in the role of Junior Recruiter. Some of the responsibilities would include:

    • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, referrals, and networking
    • Write and post engaging job descriptions in line with our tone of voice and employer brand
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability
    • Maintain and update candidate data in our applicant tracking system (PeopleForce)
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
    • Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process
    • Support recruiters and hiring managers with research and market mapping
    • Stay informed about talent trends, sourcing tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or related administrative roles (internships and freelance projects count!)
  • Strong research skills and an interest in talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to grow
