Junior Recruiter

Immigrant Invest is an international company that specializes in providing citizenship and residency opportunities through investment programs in the European Union, the Caribbean, Vanuatu, and Turkey. We proudly serve as the official authorized representative for all the investment programs we offer, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to become a valuable member of our team in the role of Junior Recruiter. Some of the responsibilities would include:

• Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, referrals, and networking
• Write and post engaging job descriptions in line with our tone of voice and employer brand
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Maintain and update candidate data in our applicant tracking system (PeopleForce)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with research and market mapping
• Stay informed about talent trends, sourcing tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or related administrative roles (internships and freelance projects count!)
• Strong research skills and an interest in talent acquisition
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to grow
