Oracle Network Management System Developer - ECCO Select

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with a strong background in Oracle Network Management System (NMS) to support ongoing development, configuration, and maintenance efforts. This role is part of a team focused on ensuring the stability, scalability, and integration of critical enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain applications within the Oracle NMS platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact enhancements.
• Support system integrations between Oracle NMS and other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues quickly and effectively.
• Create and update documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Follow change management protocols, coding standards, and security practices.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to team members, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Network Management System (NMS) including configuration and customization.
• Strong development experience using Java, PL/SQL, or similar technologies.
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Oracle NMS with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) concepts.
• Previous experience working in high-availability, large-scale IT environments.
