Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives for our 2nd shift and weekend hours. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, live chat, and email interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Availability to work a 4-day schedule, including weekends, with flexibility to work varying shifts and hours.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
