Part Time Primary Therapist-REMOTE – USA Remote Jobs

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Primary Therapist to join our mental health team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy via telehealth, supporting clients in achieving emotional and psychological well-being. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for licensed therapists who are passionate about making a difference—virtually.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video platforms
- Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other clinical staff and support teams for coordinated care
- Participate in virtual team meetings and supervision sessions
- Ensure ethical and culturally competent care aligned with best practices
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD) in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Prior telehealth or remote therapy experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and virtual meeting platforms
- Must have a private, secure, and distraction-free remote work environment
