Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industries preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office setup and reliable internet connection
  • U.S. work authorization required
