Key Responsibilities

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of CGS BlueCherry ERP to ensure seamless use of ERP processes and data load capabilities, driving accuracy and efficiency in data conversion activities.
• Perform data conversion activities from ASI (American Software) ERP to BlueCherry ERP, leveraging your expertise in data management and manipulation.
• Leverage extensive expertise with Excel Power Query to clean, manipulate, and load data as part of the data conversion process, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data consistency and accuracy throughout the conversion process, providing insights and technical support to optimize data conversion strategies.
• Provide technical support and expertise to optimize data conversion strategies using both BlueCherry ERP and Power Query tools, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience with CGS BlueCherry ERP, including strong functional knowledge of ERP processes and data management, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with Excel Power Query, specifically in data manipulation, cleaning, and loading, with a strong understanding of data modeling and data governance.
• Prior experience in ERP data migration/conversion projects, with a track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, part-time capacity, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and analytical approach to resolving complex data-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Familiarity with ASI (American Software) ERP, with experience in data migration or conversion projects involving this ERP system.
