- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910 - $1960
- Orientation: First week on day shift
- Floating: Mandatory float facility; may float to other units within 50 miles

- Charting System: Cerner
- Parking: $2/day at JTDC with shuttle service
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in ICU or Trauma ICU
- Active Illinois RN license (required at submission)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemption for flu only)
- Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
- Ability to float to other nursing units as needed
- Responsive and able to meet compliance deadlines
- Provide high-quality critical care nursing to trauma patients in the ICU
- Manage arterial lines, central lines, ventilators, and titrate cardiac/vasoactive drips
- Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and dysrhythmias
- Assist with BiPAP/CPAP management and continuous IV sedation
- Implement isolation precautions and proper PPE usage
- Care for patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
- Float to other units within scope to support facility needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
