Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent - Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

- Familiarity with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology

- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
- Availability to work Monday to Friday shifts between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm CT
