Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Online Market Research and Customer Service, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Email Customer Service in an online ticket response system, providing timely and effective support to our clients
• Utilizing online instruction and best-answer templates to communicate with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Performing various data entry tasks, including online surveys, product and service reviews, and other online jobs
• Working independently and efficiently from home, using your own PC/MAC and internet connection
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to data entry standards and quality control procedures
• Collaborating with our team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of our clients

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency in using a PC/MAC and online software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels
• Strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Compensation and Benefits
