Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, using your excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate answers and produce empathy.

Problem Solving:

Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide innovative solutions, thinking on your feet to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.

Quality Assurance:
