The Role

As a Payroll Specialist in our APAC region, you will play a critical role in supporting our Finance and Payroll team in delivering accurate and timely data entry services via live chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Inputting and updating customer information and account details with precision and attention to detail
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and platforms
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions

  • Input and update customer information and account details with precision
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality

Desired Candidate Profile:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data entry is a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including live chat platforms

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred

  • Familiarity with blithequark services and products is advantageous
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
