- Physical packet broker: architecture, configurations; Extreme and Keysight solutions
- Virtual packet broker: architecture, configurations; Gigamon solutions
- VCP WebScale and OpenStack deployments (Core NEC, Edge SAP)
- End-to-end visibility workflows for 4G/5G interfaces
- Traffic/KPI validation (NG1 NetScout)
- Remote probing architecture and configurations
- Knowledge of 4G/5G call flows
Responsibilities
- Design, creation of engineering docs, layer 1 testing, configuration, deployment, migration, and post-migration testing/troubleshooting in pre-production
- Remote probing configuration and testing across 52 SAP sites (4G/5G VoLTE, VoNR, LTE, etc.)
- Next-Gen packet broker migration (Extreme Keysight)
- SLX rebalancing config deployment to address SLX packet limit issues (22 sites)
- Virtual packet broker deployments in WebScale 1.5 + expansion rollouts
- Work with HQ/vendors to test software/enhancements (health monitoring, advanced filtering)
- Deploy and validate packet broker configurations
