About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare division, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise and empathy will be crucial in building trust, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns related to healthcare products or services, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry

Work Environment and Culture
