About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Professionals. As a 1099 independently contracted salesperson, you will have the opportunity to work from home, set your own schedule, and earn uncapped commissions. Our proprietary lead generation and training systems will provide you with the tools and support needed to succeed in this role. With no cold calling required, you will focus on selling life insurance policies to clients who have already expressed interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell life insurance policies to clients who have submitted requests for quotes
  • Work independently to manage your time effectively and meet sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Provide exceptional client service and build long-term relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team through leadership and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a high degree of integrity. You should be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed. A moderate to high degree of computer proficiency is also required. While prior experience in insurance sales is not necessary, you will need to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (with a clear background check and no recent felonies or bankruptcies). If you are not already licensed, we will provide guidance and support to help you through the licensing process.
