- Compile data from multiple systems and create customized reports for internal and external users.
- Maintain system integrity with detailed analysis and a high level of data accuracy.
- Manage reporting functionality by streamlining existing reports and developing additional metrics.
- Assist with setting up pricing in the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS) and customer-specific pricing setups and changes.
- Produce timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate vendor and client communications.
- Create RFP bids, analyze proposals received, and negotiate pricing.
- Troubleshoot pricing issues.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as business demands are deemed necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- 2 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain-related areas.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required (Pivots, Vlookups, and basic formulas).
- Proficiency in Power BI is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (phone, email, and meetings).
- A high degree of versatility, good interpersonal skills, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
