Product Owner – Publisher Products (Remote)

The Publisher team is part of our Media OS Product Organization. As a member of this team, you will work closely with engineers, client services reps, and Go-to-Market teams to drive publisher monetization. You will help deliver innovative solutions that enable healthcare marketers and publishers to unlock the full potential of IQVIA’s healthcare data for omnichannel strategies, with a strong focus on SSP/DSP integrations. This position supports both supply-side and buy-side IQVIA Digital customers within the IQVIA Endemic Marketplace, facilitating their healthcare professional monetization and campaign strategies. Essential Functions:

  • Maintains the product backlog, translates business requirements to technical requirements & ensures delivery meets acceptance criteria in support of the publisher module.
  • Drives the strategy and execution of publisher monetization capabilities including forecasting, inventory management tools, campaign setup, etc.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define cases and success criteria for new publisher monetization features.
  • Collaborate closely with design to craft thoughtful, effective user experiences.
  • Translates product roadmap features into clear user stories, with particular emphasis on SSP/DSP integrations.
  • Acts as subject matter expert on publisher ad serving, identity resolution, and activation best practices across our Endemic Marketplace.
  • Monitors KPIs and product usage analytics related to publisher performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Works cross-functionally with marketing, client services, and data teams to support adoption and expansion of the Endemic Marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven marketing solutions.
  • Strong experience with campaign activation workflows and digital advertising specifically for online publishers.
  • Experience building solutions that integrate multiple data partners.
  • Strong analytical background, with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and capable of balancing short-term tactical work with long-term strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile software development methodology.
  • Experience in using SQL & other data programming languages
  • Experience with Email Service Providers and Google Ad Manager
  • Experience with header bidding technology and integrations
  • Healthcare industry knowledge across payer, provider, pharma

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
