What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Your duties will include:

• Providing service to patients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Delivering excellent, concise communication to patients and internal stakeholders
• Learning and understanding the operation of our ETM software and billing/account operations
• Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries
• Researching and resolving problems with patients' bills
• Updating patients' insurance coverage as needed
• Printing courtesy claims and itemized statements
• Rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
• Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
• Performing other duties and assignments as requested

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding and familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment
• The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus!
