Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support via chat, email, and other digital channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing various tools and resources to effectively respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to innovate solutions to customer inquiries
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work
