What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional support
  • De-escalating issues and escalating when necessary to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care
  • Tracking call information for auditing purposes to ensure compliance and quality
  • Providing feedback on call issues to drive continuous improvement and quality enhancement
  • Upselling products or services to drive business growth and expansion

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • A high school graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
