Job Overview: Overnight Stock Associate

As an Overnight Stock Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales floor team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being register-trained, assisting customers with merchandise, and answering customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing restroom supplies to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Expedite newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor with a sense of urgency, merchandising all items per company best practice.
• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention, cash handling, and customer service.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to efficiently perform your role and maximize productivity by executing all store best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, associates, and store leadership.
• Basic mathematical skills to perform calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to use store equipment, including PDTs, registers, and PC as required.
• Physical ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
• Ability to regularly bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience can be beneficial:

• Previous retail experience, particularly in a stockroom or sales floor environment.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
