Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our blithequark Customer Service Center, you will be the frontline support for blithequark customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $35/hr and provides a flexible work schedule. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, utilizing Amazon's customer service tools and systems to assist customers.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Utilize blithequark's customer service tools and systems to assist customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on blithequark's products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
