Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Handle internal escalations, ensuring that orders are accepted and rolled on in a timely manner.
  • Update information through data entry, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).

Work Environment and Company Culture

As a remote night shift Customer Support Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home after completing a training period at our office in Green Bay, WI. We require a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, and you'll need to live within 45 minutes to 1 hour of Green Bay, WI.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Schedule and Training

The schedule for this role includes:

  • In-person training at our office in Green Bay, WI, Monday to Friday, day shift.
  • A 12-hour rotating night shift schedule, from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
