About the Role: Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

• Data Accuracy and Verification: Verify data accuracy, identify and correct discrepancies, and perform regular data quality checks and audits.
• File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks as needed, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders through written and verbal means.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Data Entry and Typing Skills: Proficiency in data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy (at least 40-50 words per minute).
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Office Suite and Software: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
