Job Summary

As a Sales Representative and Event Planner with Workwarp, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, planning and executing events, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Serving as the point of contact for clients in planning their events and offering appropriate products and services
  • Arranging for on-site services with each of the various add-ons we offer for each event
  • Tracking and managing client expenses and billing
  • Negotiating prices and terms with clients and contractors
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Acquisition

As a Sales Representative and Event Planner, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and acquiring new clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting cold calls, networking, and social media outreach to prospective clients
  • Building relationships with clients and understanding their event planning needs
  • Presenting our unique events and parties concept to potential clients and highlighting its benefits
  • Negotiating prices and terms with clients and closing deals

Event Planning and Execution

Once you've secured a client, you will be responsible for planning and executing their event. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with clients to plan and customize their events
  • Offering and arranging for on-site services and add-ons, such as catering, entertainment, and decorations
  • Communicating with clients and contractors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Managing client expenses and billing

Customer Service and Relationship Management

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients is crucial to our success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or feedback
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, client acquisition, and event planning
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Experience in events management and planning
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools
  • Experience with social media advertising and marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A salary range of $53,520 - $100,000 per year

Expected Hours and Work Schedule
