Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in responding to emergency signals, answering incoming calls, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying, responding to, and dispatching on emergency signals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering incoming calls and notifying customers of non-emergency signals, providing clear and concise information and support
  • Processing basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handling signals from one location/area and TTY stations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Working weekend, holiday, and shift hours with possible mandatory overtime, demonstrating a commitment to our customers and the team

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience or training/certification preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications, with excellent technical skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and be flexible, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
