Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our clients
  • Digitalizing claim forms in a format provided by the company
  • Imputing all details of the claim with high accuracy while meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by the company
  • Image classification and indexing
  • General data entry
  • Review and confirm all data captured is correct before submitting/completing the document
  • Utilizing various systems to work on different tasks
  • Working within established procedures and practices
  • Collaborating with a close degree of supervision

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in 10-key by touch
  • Ability to type at least 40+ WPM
  • Basic knowledge of medical claims forms (not essential)
  • Experience working through VPN connections
  • Basic computer knowledge and internet usage
  • Microsoft applications proficiency
