About the Role: Remote Data Entry Associate

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in processing healthcare claim forms for our clients, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, and maintaining the highest level of quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and validate complex data with high accuracy, meeting the required keystrokes per hour or words per minute standards.
  • Classify and index images, pre-adjudicate documents, and correct data as needed.
  • Verify data extracted from automated tools, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize various systems to complete assigned tasks, working within established procedures and practices.
  • Complete assignments using multiple source documents, verifying data and using additional information as required.
  • Work under close supervision, adhering to quality and productivity standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Typing speed of 45+ words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high accuracy rate.
  • Maintain or exceed keystroke per hour (ksph) targets: 4,000 ksph for numeric and 2,500 ksph for alpha/numeric data with less than 1% error rate.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Able to clear necessary background checks and drug screenings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing.
  • Experience working with VPN connections.

Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, are essential. You'll also need to be able to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards.
