Job Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional Customer Service

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and resolving customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, and other technical issues
  • Documenting calls in detail and providing accurate information utilizing available resources
  • Interacting with team members, management, and customers in a professional and respectful manner while meeting production targets
  • Adhering to client's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Qualifications: Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.)
  • At least two years of inbound telephone customer service experience
  • Proficiency in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and OneNote
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry with Medicaid knowledge is strongly desired
