Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer issues and concerns via phone, web, or e-mail correspondence, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Processing applications, application audits, and other related work in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Providing guidance regarding certification pathways and eligibility requirements, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our programs and services.
  • Maintaining accurate customer database, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Working with department(s) to develop and facilitate customer communications, creating engaging and informative content that meets our customers' needs.
  • Maintaining knowledge on company policies and program updates, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and changes.
  • Enhancing and documenting processes and procedures as required, ensuring that our team has the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times, providing a positive and respectful experience for our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet, resolving complex issues and finding creative solutions.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through various software applications, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with this type of work arrangement.
