  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
