Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Performing inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Educating and building rapport with customers to establish trust and loyalty
• Consulting with customers to answer their questions and provide solutions
• Helping to set up customer accounts and verifying banking and employment information
• Processing customer payments and ensuring accurate and timely transactions
• Providing excellent service while achieving quality results

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A cheerful attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• The ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Good attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule and Hours

As a flexible work from home opportunity, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, while still meeting the requirements of the role. Our call center hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with rotating every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are hiring full-time and part-time positions, so you can choose the schedule that suits you best.
