The Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates & Influencer role leads the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Nordstrom’s Affiliate Influencer Marketing Program. This role manages full-funnel initiatives, driving performance through customer-led optimizations and data-driven strategy. - Own the development and execution of affiliate influencer strategies for both Nordstrom and Rack banners, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities and performance goals
- Lead campaign planning to drive growth across influencer networks and direct creator relationships
- Act as a primary point of contact for agency partners and affiliate vendors, ensuring strategic collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Collaborate closely across internal teams including Paid, Brand, Merchandising, Enablement, Product, Finance, Sourcing, and Analytics
- Drive operational excellence through budget management & forecasting, process refinement, and platform improvements
You own this if you have...
- 8+ years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing with full program ownership
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
- Advanced experience with affiliate platforms and creator networks including performance tracking, campaign workflows, incentive models, and storefronts
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing and measurement plans that inform strategic direction
- Experience leading agency and vendor collaboration to deliver program innovation and growth
- Ability to influence and negotiate priorities across various stakeholder groups
- Prior experience managing multi-million-dollar annual budgets
- Retail Media experience is a plus
