In this exciting role, you will report to the Director, Entertainment Brand Solutions, and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver customized sponsorship opportunities for National Geographic and Disney properties. Your expertise in project management, marketing, and branded entertainment will be essential in driving the success of our advertiser solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in idea generation and contribute to the creation of pitch materials, including RFPs and proactive proposals, to showcase customized sponsorship opportunities for clients.
  • Assist in managing approvals among key stakeholders, including Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, and producers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Update internal opportunity trackers and documents to maintain accurate records and facilitate team collaboration.
  • Support the activation process, including timelines, trackers, approvals, production shoots, post-production, and budget management, to deliver high-quality brand solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage client and internal approvals, legal agreements, and project management documents to ensure timely project completion.
  • Recap deals and case studies, including research, to provide valuable insights and inform future project development.
  • Monitor project elements across all platforms to ensure successful delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, and/or media at a network, cable, promotional/media agency, or entertainment studio.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional presence, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate oral ideas into written pitches.
  • Proven project management skills across linear and digital/social platforms, with adept problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, mornings, weekends, and/or occasional travel.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets, and Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with National Geographic and Disney properties, or similar entertainment brands, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of show IP, themes, and processes, as well as the ability to gather information and updates from key parties, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with budget management, department status reports, revenue and pitch trackers, case studies, research, and competitive analysis is advantageous.
  • Established relationships with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Legal, BS&P, Programming, PR, Sales, and Creative, is beneficial.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,800.00 to $115,000.00 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units as part of your compensation package. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
