Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment in guest rooms and public areas
• Vacuum and mop floors, and clean carpets and upholstered furniture as needed
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and uniforms
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities and equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Essential Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive training to the right candidate
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry operations
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to speak and understand basic English
